HENRY CO., Va. (WSET) — Officials announced Monday that a $43.33 million investment and 212 new jobs are coming to Henry County.

Press Glass represents the first company to locate in the county’s Commonwealth Crossing Industrial Park.

Virginia competed against North Carolina for the project.

“We are honored Press Glass has chosen to locate a major manufacturing operation in Henry County and the Commonwealth of Virginia,” Governor Ralph Northam said.

The Virginia Economic Development Partnership worked with the Martinsville-Henry County Economic Development Corporation and the Virginia Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission to secure the project for Virginia.
